Synopsis:

Epic retelling on a flamboyant and controversial British military figure and his conflicted loyalties during wartime service as he seeks to unite the Arab tribes against the Turks.

My mini-review:

A true epic, Lawrence of Arabia shows how a movie can be a beautiful lyrical piece whilst also telling a remarkable story. Peter O'Toole, as the lead character T.E. Lawrence, is at his career-best. He is simply fantastic and is a major reason why this motion picture is considered a classic by many film-lovers. Omar Sharif does a great job too. It also features memorable roles from Alec Guinness and Anthony Quinn. The film is a sweeping motion picture unlike any you will ever encounter. A gem in the world of cinema.
